Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
